1. Do you offer refunds?
Once the work has been started, there are no refunds available! NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. How do you accept payment?
I prefer payments sent via PayPal, but if you don’t have a PayPal account, then I will accept a check or money order. For invoices less that $100, I require they be paid in full. For balances over $100, I require half of the payment up front and the balance due upon completion of the job.
3. What is your preferred method of contact?
I prefer email with a call to me as your second option. If it’s an emergency, please feel free to contact me on my cell.
4. How you handle rush jobs?
I will take them, but there will be a 10% rush fee, in addition to the price of your project. Payments for rush job will be due immediately, before any work starts.
5. Do you work after hours/holidays/weekends ? What are your work hours/days?
No, not anymore! I did for years and it has taken a toll on my health, so now I have a set time that I work. I work Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. CST through 6:00 p.m. CST. If I get a request for work after those hours, I will address it the next day. I reserve weekends for my family and church. However, if you have a rush job for the weekend, I will consider it.
